Why we built it
Most school systems record what happened. Parents want to know while it's happening.
These are the questions head teachers and parents keep asking. Each one has an answer built into EduPulse.
"Was he even at school today?"
The gate and the class register both update the parent's phone. Absences are visible the same morning.
"Nobody told me she was sick."
Nurses log vitals, and the parent decides on hospital transfer from their phone. The decision is on record.
"This fee slip looks fake."
Parents send proof straight to the bursar. Receipts carry the school logo, signatures and stamp. Nobody has to guess.
"A boarder is missing."
A night roll call marks anyone missing and alerts parents at once. Nobody finds out in the morning.
"Where is the bus, and who is driving?"
Parents see the vehicle, route, driver and timed drop-offs. No more calling the school.
"Who is that person at the gate?"
Visitors sign on a phone or tablet with name, plate number, purpose and signature. Every entry is searchable later.

Sickbay records that parents can act on.
When a child is unwell, the nurse records temperature, blood pressure, symptoms and treatment. If it needs a hospital, the parent is asked, on their phone, and chooses where the child goes.

Night roll call that catches a missing boarder the same night.
Matrons and wardens go through the dormitory with a phone and mark each student. If someone is marked missing, an emergency incident opens and their parents are alerted straight away.

Parents can link more than one
Set how many parent accounts each child allows. Mum and Dad both follow the same child, and the system blocks extra claims once your limit is reached.
Student enrolment
A guided enrolment form captures the family, medical history, previous school and emergency contacts, and a tracker shows where each application stands.
Transport
Vehicle, route, driver profile and licence details, with timestamped drop-offs that parents can see.
Marks and report cards
Teachers enter marks on a phone. Term reports are generated to your school's format, with signatures.
Bulk SMS that you control
Buy SMS credits inside the system. Announcements, circulars and messages are logged so you can see what went out.
Staff accountability
Departments, permissions and a "who does what" view. A staff location audit shows where and when people log in.
School calendar for every event
Exams, parent meetings, staff meetings, sports days, school activities and holidays on one calendar. Upload a poster for an event, and the system warns you when two events clash.
Your school's colours
Logo, colours and stamp are set per school, so ID cards, receipts and portals look like yours, not ours.
Library and computer lab
Book catalogue and loans, plus computer lab records, run by the bursar or librarian.
Also included: timetables, official letters, requirements checklists, staff and parent directories, a support chat, and developer API documentation for every role, if you want to build on top.
